Nicky Chance Thomas, director of the Piece Hall Trust, said: “The Piece Hall Trust is determined to enable fans to experience the thrill of live music at the iconic venue next year.

“2021 promises to be an exciting year for the venue, with top-name artists like the Kaiser Chiefs and Manic Street Preachers already rescheduled to perform.”

The Cribs will play the venue as part of their newly-announced June 2021 UK tour, which will follow the release of their eighth album Night Network this November.

The Piece Hall is a former Georgian cloth hall that underwent a multi-million pound renovation and reopened in 2017.
