As we wave a gloved hand to the blustery weather, Harvey’s launched their Autumn/Winter season collection of clothing in a fashion show held at Le Metropolitan, Halifax.
A mixture of professional models and staff strutted the catwalk in this season’s fashion must-haves.
A collection of animal prints, purples, greens and navy adorned the models. Male models showcased tweed, colourful waistcoats and floral shirts.
“This season is dressy, it’s not about dark and drab colours,” said Harvey’s general manager Tony Murray.
Former broadcaster Christa Ackroyd gave a running catwalk commentary for the evening on September 12 in which 80 people attended the upstairs Grand Salon at Le Met.
Mr Murray said: “It was great to hold the fashion show at an alternative location. Most of our guests had never seen the stunning Grand Salon.
“In the future, we look to source other venues to host our biannual fashion show. It’s the first time we’ve done it - it’s a great opportunity for local businesses to link up.”
Christian Scott styled models’ hair and beauty brand Lancome was used for models’ make-up.
