Hundreds of patriotic Halifax residents are expected to take to the streets today.
Residents of the town’s Irish community will march through Halifax dressed in green ahead of March 17 annual St Patrick celebrations.
The annual procession will assemble at Halifax Irish Centre, West Parade, at 12.45 today(March 15).
The parade will make its way through Halifax town centre; passing through Broad Street, Halifax and past the town hall.
Marchers are expected to return to the centre at 2pm where celebrations will continue in full flow.
