The Halifax Food and Drink Festival returns next month for the fourth time.
Run by Marketing Halifax, it takes place from September 16 to 18 at the Piece Hall.
It will showcase the best culinary delights from Calderdale and across the region.
Michay Matthews of Marketing Halifax said: “The food and drink festival has grown and this year the aim is to draw in even bigger crowds to sample our home-grown produce, enjoy the festival atmosphere and engage with the diverse range of businesses in Halifax town centre.”
An increased number of food producers and restaurants are involved this year and the organisers are lining up a celebrity chef and TV personalities to provide cookery demonstrations.
The festival is being sponsored by the Halifax. David Nicholson, managing director of Halifax Community Bank said: “We’re really proud to be supporting this year’s festival.
“We want to focus on the traditions of our building society roots and get involved in the local community, so this is a great way of strengthening our commitment to customers, small businesses and colleagues in the region.”
