AMATEurs and professionals got the chance to sing folk songs together at the Ryburn 3 Step Spring Sing.
The event, held at The Works, Sowerby Bridge, ran from noon to 11pm on Saturday with professional solo performances and choruses from the audience.
Folk singer Mary Humphries gave a talk on handing down folk sings between generations and then entertained with a performance of her own.
Sue Coe, publicity officer for Ryburn 3 Step, said: “The Spring Sing has been going for around 15 years.
“We always have a theme and this year it was Alice in Wonderland so people passed the mad hat around to pick who was going to sing next.
“There were themed sessions such as the ‘puddle of tears’ which gaves us a chance to explore some of the sadder folk songs.
“It’s a great fun community event that everyone can get involved in and have a good time.”
