After over indulging in festivities over Christmas, Victoria Theatre is offering you the chance to enjoy some light relief with Dick Whittington.
The pantomime will run until Sunday January 5.
Sian Johnson from Victoria Theatre, Halifax, said: “We’ve still got tickets left if you’d like to come along we promise to deliver a show filled with fun to enjoy by all the family.”
Calderdale funny man Neil Hurst plays Idle Jack in this year’s Halifax pantomime.
Feedback from the audience who have seen the show so far has been superb:
“We thoroughly enjoyed the performance. My kids loved the singing, dancing fun and frolics. There were plenty of humorous moments for the adults as well.”
“Me and my family really enjoyed it and will be recommending Dick Whittington to everyone we know!”
“Had a great day, as did the kids… a top show.”
“It was brilliant and Neil Hurst was amazing...so funny. Me and my daughter had a great time!”
“My partner and little girl went and absolutely loved it and are still talking about it.”
“My favourite part was when the cat kept throwing all the rats around!”
Steve Boden, Managing Director of Imagine Theatre who are producing the pantomime says “We are thrilled at the response we have had from the audience. Dick Whittington is one of the less well known panto stories but is actually one of the best – with a really strong storyline, plenty adventure and oodles of slapstick!”
