Now, Calderdale audiences have the opportunity to welcome the band home once again for its annual Summer Concert, taking place at Central Methodist Church on Saturday, June 13 at 7.15pm.

The concert will also feature solo performances from Joe Heartfield (Trombone), Paul Haigh (Baritone) and Angus Ritchie (Euphonium).
A spokesperson for the band said: “From stirring overtures and traditional marches to lighter favourites and popular classics, the programme reflects the versatility and brilliance that has made Brighouse & Rastrick one of the most admired and decorated brass bands in the world.
"And naturally, audiences will hope that the band’s iconic signature piece, The Floral Dance, makes an appearance during the evening.
“This concert is far more than simply another musical event.

"The Brighouse & Rastrick Band remains a source of immense civic pride and deserves the wholehearted support of residents and music lovers alike.”
