Fans of climbing will find plenty to enjoy when a collection of extraordinary short films is shown at Hebden Bridge Picture House on Tuesday, April 26.
The selection comes from the prestigious Banff Mountain Film Festival and includes the work of some of today’s most talented adventure film-makers.
The evening, which starts at 7pm, will feature prize giveaways and includes ‘A Line Across The Sky’, which won the festival’s award for best climbing film and focuses on an attempt on the notorious Fitz Roy traverse. Other films are ‘Curiosity’, ‘Denali’, ‘Pretty Faces’, ‘unReal’ and ‘Unbranded’, the People’s Choice award winner at Banff.
