Breakdown plus roadworks causing gridlock on A646
Reports are coming in of traffic delays on the A646, with vehicles queuing in both directions.
It is believed a bus has broken down at Luddenden Foot and combined with the start of some roadworks at Friendly the incident is resulting in delays.
