Man arrested in Halifax on suspicion of threatening to kill woman

West Yorkshire Police has released details today of the incident which happened on February 22 in Siddal, Halifax.
Officers were called at around 11.30pm after reports of a man making threats towards a woman on Cricketers Fold.

Several members of the public were in the area at the time and provided assistance to the woman.
A 55-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill and has been bailed while enquiries continue.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who came to the victim’s aid to get in contact.
