Paddy the spaniel became separated from them while they were out walking on Guisecliffe on Saturday.

Members climbed down and quickly packaged Paddy in an animal rescue bag and hauled him out. It was the first time the innovative bag was used since it was purchased following the rescue of Sophie the boxer from the same hole a year ago.
