Rescue team dispatched to find woman who injured leg in beauty spot fall
A woman had to be rescued after slipping whilst walking in a Hebden Bridge beauty spot.
Thirteen Calder Valley Search and Rescue members were dispatched to Hardcastle Crags at 2pm yesterday (Wednesday) to help the woman who had sustained a lower leg injury. Once located by crew members the woman was loaded onto the Bell stretcher and carried through woodland to a waiting ambulance for further treatment.
