A Brighouse pub that has stood empty will go under the auctioneer's hammer later this month

The Red Rooster on Elland Road in Brookfoot, has a guide price of £110,000 with the online Pugh Property auction

Before its closure in March last year the drinking venue was popular with real ale fans

The property includes a three bedroom living space on the first floor and a beer garden.

The online auction takes place on Wednesday October 21.
