More than 1,000 people packed out Scarborough Spa yesterday (Wednesday) for Welcome to Yorkshire’s Y15 conference.

BBC presenter Rob Walker compared the event, which featured announcements on the Tour de Yorkshire, a Gary Barlow penned musical based on the Calender Girls and other events coming to the county this year.
