AFC Fylde claim they beat Halifax to the signing of sought-after Alfreton midfielder Dan Bradley.

Bradley joined Fylde for a club record fee yesterday on a three-year deal for a five-figure sum.

But on their website, Fylde claim they beat Halifax, Lincoln and Kidderminster to his signature.
