TV cameras spotted filming Ackley Bridge in Halifax
As Channel 4 drama Ackley Bridge continues to film in Calderdale, cameras were spotted in Halifax at the weekend.
The cameras were spotted outside Pellon post office on Cross Street West.
Dave Brown sent in these pictures of the television crew filming a scene for the Channel 4 school drama.
In the previous three series, scenes have been filmed at a number of locations across Calderdale including the former St Catherine's Catholic High School, Westgate Arcade in the town centre and Sowerby Bridge Train Station.
The fourth series of Ackley Bridge began filming at the start of the year but had to stop due to lockdown.
Filming resumed last month for the ten-episode series.
The show follows staff and students of Ackley Bridge College, a diverse school in a fictional Yorkshire mill town.
