Having a good laugh in Sowerby Bridge ...

Sowerby Bridge’s monthly comedy club returns with a veritable smorgasboard of summer silliness.

David Longley has a humble silliness which ingratiates him to audiences. He delivers deadpan accounts of his everyday life which are shockingly honest, well considered and divinely funny.

Despite doing his first gig only two years ago Tom Little’s quirky and inventive routine has quickly gained him the sort of attention and plaudits other acts can only dream of. Last year he reached the final of the BBC Radio New Comedy Award, putting him in the top six out of nearly 800 applicants. Barely a few months later he won the coveted Leicester Mercury Comedian Of The Year prze following in the footsteps of Jonny Vegas and Jason Manford. Big things are expected from the Little man
