New Greggs store to open in Halifax this week

The store is set to open on Thursday, November 5 at 6am, and has invited customers to come and meet Pudsey Bear to celebrate the opening while supporting the Children in Need appeal.

The shop is located in the fuel station at Morrisons, Illingworth.

It will open Monday to Saturday, 6am to 6pm, and Sundays, 7am to 4pm.

Motor Fuel Group (MFG) said it was “excited” to be opening the doors to the new store and becoming “part of the local community.”

MFG Area Manager Simon Heptinstall said: “We are very proud to develop yet another one of our petrol station sites in Halifax, bringing another excellent food to go offer with Greggs for our community in Illingworth and the surrounding areas.

“We are dedicated to providing excellent products alongside first class customer service at our sites.

“We welcome everyone to come and join us for some amazing first four weeks offers, and also support us in raising funds for Children in Need.”
