The formalisation of the partnership and development of a strategic vision marks an exciting stage in the development of both organisations, and the partnership includes leadership support, collaborative working and translation of proven successful strategies across both organisations.

Michael Gosling, CEO of the Trinity MAT said: “Trinity Academy is a model for all schools joining our growing MAT, and seeks to be outstanding within outstanding. The vision of our MAT is to replicate this success for the benefit of young people across all institutions within the trust, and as part of this we work collaboratively to ensure that we can constantly develop and enhance the education provider.

“Rochdale Sixth Form College is a like-minded organisation, and the formalisation of this partnership marks the next step in more children and young people having access to a world-class education and opportunities.”

Trinity Academy was confirmed as being in the top four per cent of schools nationally for its value added score at A-level in the Government’s school league tables.
