Hebden Royd CE is the first primary school in West Yorkshire to adopt the platform, and Deputy Head Teacher & PE Lead Robert Paton feels it’s helping to ease some of the pressure pupils are feeling this year caused by the global pandemic.

He said, “Primary Dance UK has helped our teachers breathe new life into PE lessons, the pupils love the music and the dance lessons while the platform makes it easy for our members of staff to learn the routines.”

Year two teacher Janine Bullman said: “It’s been such a turbulent year for children throughout the UK, and it’s been challenging to get them settled back into school. Primary Dance UK is helping our teachers with this process by giving our pupils a PE lesson they look forward to, and the support we’ve received from the Primary Dance tutors has been outstanding.”
