VIDEO: Hundreds march through Halifax over threat to A and E service
The non-political march, organised by Savile Park man Gary Scott, set off from Hunger Hill, Halifax, and finished at Northgate House, and along the way participants will hand out leaflets.
Mr Scott said: “That was fantastic. I was almost crying with the amount of people that have come out today to show what they think about the changes to the NHS in Calderdale and Huddersfield.

Mr Scott said the next protest event will be a meeting at North Bridge Leisure Centre, on March 29, from at 12.30pm. Organised by Unison there will be a panel of speakers including GPs, politicians and others.
