The £10,000+ guide price is attached to a three bedroom mid terraced house in Doncaster, at 56 Princes Crescent, Edlington.

It has a small foregarden and a garden to the rear, with two reception rooms, a dining area and kitchen on the ground floor and three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. It already has gas fired central heating and UPVC double glazing.

Over in Hull, a guide price of just £15,000+ has been set for a two bedroom mid terraced house at 5 Avenue Crescent, off Albemarle Street. It comprises two reception rooms, a kitchen and ground floor bathroom with two bedrooms upstairs, a small foregarden and a yard to the rear. It also has double glazing.

In Halifax a two bedroom mid terraced house at 26 Mayfield Grove bears a guide price of £14,000-£19,000, as does a similar property at 4 North Street, in the Lockwood area of Huddersfield.

Mr Bassi added: “These are just a few examples of the lots that we will be offering at the next auction, with many more from across the North and the wider UK.
