Concern grows for missing teenager Keyvan Zolfaghary

Police are urgently appealing for information to trace 13-year-old Keyvan Zolfaghary who has gone missing from Leeds.

Keyvan was last seen at his home address in Headingley at about 6pm on Friday, September 18 when he left to visit a friend in Meanwood.

He is described as white, 5ft 2ins tall, slim, with blond hair. He was wearing a grey tracksuit top and bottoms and black and orange trainers with orange laces.

Det Insp Phil Jackson, of Leeds District CID, said: “It is out of character for Keyvan to go missing like this and his family are very concerned. We urgently need to find him and establish that he is safe.

“We are conducting extensive enquiries to locate him and would like to hear from anyone who has seen him or who knows his whereabouts.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Special Operations Room on 101 quoting log number 1573 of September 19.
