Bradford woman targeted by burglar as she entered her home

Police are hunting a man who stole from a woman as she entered her Bradford home.

The incident happened at about 7.55pm on Friday, March, when the woman was entering her home in Lingwood Avenue.

She was confronted by a man - similar appearance to this picture - and he brushed past her and ran off.

The woman later discovered that a watch and some jewellery had been taken.

The suspect is described as white, in his 20s and about 5ft 9 ins tall.

He was of slim build with a long, pale face and clean shaven and was wearing a black hooded top, black tracksuit bottoms and a white baseball cap.

Detective Inspector Ben McDonald of Bradford District CID, said: “This incident took place in a very busy residential area, so it is likely that someone will have seen this man as he fled from the scene.”
