Fraud allegation in Todmorden

Two men did some odd jobs for an elderly lady of Joshua Terrace, Todmorden, during July and August.

Officers want to speak to two men in connection with an allegation of fraud and have released two images of people they wish to speak to in connection with this. As well as doing the work on Joshua Street they have been seen throughout the Tordmorden area offering to carry out roof repairs.

One of the men is described as being 5’8” tall, of medium build, He spoke with a local accent, was clean shaven and was wearing jeans and a t-shirt.

The second man is also described as 5’8” tall and of slimmer build than the first man. He also spoke with a local accent and was wearing a dark coloured outfit.

They may have been driving a dark blue coloured transit type van.
