Halifax police car chase sees passenger arrested after attempting to escape from officers

Officers from the Halifax Neighbourhood Policing Team spotted a vehicle attempting to avoid them on Brackenbed Lane.

Officers attempted to stop the vehicle where it failed to stop.

Following a short pursuit the passenger of the vehicle made off on foot but was later detained.

The passenger was in possession of a quantity of money and mobile phones and was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of criminal property.
