Man appears in court charged with shotgun possession
A 28-year-old man has appeared at Calderdale Magistrates’ Court charged with possession of a sawn-off shotgun.
Carl Scully was arrested from a house at Redacre, Mytholmroyd yesterday (August 22).
He was charged with two counts of possession of firearms and ammunition and two counts of having no licences.
He spoke only to confirm his name and address and the case was sent to crown court.
Scully will appear at Bradford Crown Court on September 6.
