Man charged with murder of Elland man refused bail
Robert Lyn, 45, appeared at Bradford Crown Court for a bail application this morning (Tuesday) and was remanded in custody.
Lyn, of Huntingdon Avenue, Huddersfield, will next be at Bradford Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on Monday, August 4.

Hide AdJudge Thomas said: “There is no prospect of getting bail. You are being remanded in custody.
“Those who are representing you need to get to grips with this case. The sooner it is dealt with the better.
“On August 4 you will be back before me.”
Lyn, who wore a red jumper, glasses and black trousers, is accused of murdering 38-year-old Daniel Campbell.
Mr Campbell died after being stabbed multiple times at a house on Elizabeth Street, Elland, on July 18.
