Man wanted on recall to prison by Leeds Police

Police in Leeds have today (Tuesday, January 28) released an image of a man wanted on recall to prison.

Aaron Thompson was sentenced for burglary in February 2012 and has since broken the terms of his license.

The 24 year old has connections to the Bramley area of the city and officers are calling for anyone with information to come forward immediately.

Detective Inspector Jaz Khan of Leeds District Police said: “This man has breached the conditions of his prison license and has been recalled to prison. If he is not prepared to adhere to these strict guidelines then he must be brought to justice.

“We have undertaken numerous enquiries to locate Thompson and officers are fully briefed as to his description.

“Members of the public, however; can assist in our efforts to return this man to jail and I would call on anyone who has seen him to come forward immediately.

“I would remind any individual attempting to assist Thompson in evading capture, that they too also liable to arrest and could face prosecution.
