Men jailed for combined total of six years

Three Calderdale men have been jailed for a combined total of over six years for a range of offences, including wounding / inflicting grievous bodily harm and dangerous driving

Trevor Kelly , was sentenced to 42 months imprisonment for the offences of wound/inflicting grievous bodily harm and having a sharply pointed blade/article in a public place.

The Crown prosecutor at Bradford Crown Court was Ms Abigail Langford and the police officer in the case was Detective Constable Marcus Southwell.

Meanwhile, Lee Adam Woodhead was sentenced to 21 months in a young offender institution for the offences of wounding/inflicting grievous bodily harm and breaching an anti-social behaviour order.

The Crown prosecutor at Bradford Crown Court was Miss Ann Louise Wilkinson and the police officer in the case was Detective Constable Craig Aubrey.

Stephen John Bentley, 61, was sentenced to eight months imprisonment and disqualified for a period of two years, with an extended test to take, for the offence of dangerous driving.

The Crown prosecutor at Bradford Crown Court was Mr Jeremy Mark Lindsay and the police officer in the case was PC Sarah-Jane Brown.
