Update: Sexual assault to boy on bus from Halifax to Brighouse
A 42-year-old man has been been released on bail after being arrested in connection with a sexual assault on a bus heading to Brighouse.
The incident is reported to have happened on the 4.55pm 549 service from Halifax to Brighouse on October 27.
It is reported that a 12-year-old boy was inappropriately touched by a male on the back seat of the bus.
The victim has reported it to the driver who has stopped in Hipperholme and made the man leave the bus. The victim believes they have later seen the man at Brighouse Bus Station.
