The cafe returns to Todmorden Town Hall on Saturday, October 10, between noon and 1.30pm. The menu includes soup and sandwiches for £2.50 or pie and peas for £3.50 and the price includes a tea or coffee. Craft lessons and greeting card classes will also be held and materials will be provided free of charge.

Todmorden Fire Station watch commander Geoff Shaw said: “Many local businesses are offering support and donations and word is starting to get around about the work we’re trying to achieve. Money raised will be put back into the community to help make Todmorden a more dementia friendly town.”
