Dramatic photos show police incident near Sowerby Bridge
Four marked police cars blocked the road through Triangle, near Sowerby Bridge, on Monday night.

As these photos taken by Tim Lovelady show, Rochdale Road was closed both ways by the incident which is understood to have happened shortly before 9pm.
Residents reported a police helicopter being called out.
Neither West Yorkshire Police or Greater Manchester Police have been able to provide the Courier with any details about the incident.
