Told through never-seen-before footage, the documentary from Swedish director Nathan Grossman explores Greta’s rise to worldwide fame – and includes a Q&A with Greta, exclusive to Vue.

Available from Sunday October 18, this special screening provides an insight into how a shy schoolgirl and her one-person school strike outside Swedish Parliament sparked a global movement of school strikes and action on climate change, whilst Greta herself became a world-famous activist.

Paul Denbow, General Manager at Vue Halifax said: “It’s great to be able to bring content such as this to the big screen at Vue.

“Greta has become a household name for many in recent years, although the full details of her rise to prominence may not being so familiar to us all. This documentary provides a great insight into how this young girl has managed to have such a global impact.

“Showing in the ultimate audio and picture quality, we hope our viewers will be able to come along and immerse themselves in this true story.”
