English Tourism Week runs from Saturday, March 5 to Sunday, March 13, and is a celebration of events demonstrating the quality and vibrancy of the tourism industry.

The winner will also receive a family day ticket to Shibden Hall.

Send entries (no more that three photos per person) by email to [email protected] during English Tourism Week. The winner will be notified by email on Friday, March 18.

Calderdale Council’s cabinet member for communities, Coun Steve Sweeney, said: “We know that Calderdale is a great place to visit, and we’d like people to send in their favourite recent photographs to highlight our beautiful borough during English Tourism Week.

“You don’t need to be a professional photographer to enter, just someone who can snap a shot to show potential visitors what’s on offer in Calderdale.”
