Halifax man charged with using threatening behaviour at nationalist march
Richard Kemp, of Gibbet Street, has been charged, along with two others, following the event in Brighton on Sunday.
Kemp is set to appear at Brighton Magistrates Court on Thursday, May 22.

Hide AdAbout 200 people took part in Sunday’s nationalist march and between 400 and 500 counter-protesters opposed the event, according to Sussex Police.
Of the 27 originally arrested, three people have been charged, 17 have been bailed, while three more have been released without charge and four have been cautioned or given fixed penalties.
