Happy Valley stars up for awards
Happy Valley, which aired on TV’s across the country for the first time last year, has been recognised as a hit show with three separate nominations.
Sarah Lancashire, who plays Sgt Catherine Cawood, has been recognised for her role in the show and has been nominated for Leading Actress.

Hide AdWhile James Norton’s performance has earned him a place in the final four for the Supporting Actor category.
The show, which features beauty spots around Calderdale including Hebden Bridge, Sowerby Bridge, Halifax and Todmorden, itself was nominated for one of the biggest accolades at the awards and is up for the best Drama Series.
The popular series will go up against The Missing, Line of Duty and Peaky Blinders at the awards.
The police drama, which is written by Sally Wainwright, will return for a second series later this year.
The BAFTA awards will be held on May 10 at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane in London.
