How award winning chef and Ravenscliffe students have found success at their cafe

An award winning chef has concocted another recipe for success with the newly opened Cafe@The Track at Ravenscliffe's Sixth Form Centre.

Tony Mulgrew, who won Chef Manager of the Year at the 2018 Food service Cateys Awards, is running the cafe at Spring Hall.

Tony said: "It has always been the ambition to offer work placements for our students and to give them an insight and training into the catering and hospitality industry.
