Major delays on M62 following crash between two lorries

There are now major delays on the M62 following an earlier crash between two lorries.

The crash happened on the westbound carriageway between junction 25 at Brighouse and junction 24 at Ainley Top at about 8am.

Due to the complex recovery of the severely damaged HGVs, some lanes are likely to remain closed until the early afternoon.

Traffic is now delayed back to Hartshead Services.
