New custom vehicle for rescue team

A new emergency response vehicle has been unveiled by the Calder Valley Search and Rescue Team. The new custom-built Toyota Hilux Mountain Rescue Ambulance will join the team's fleet of emergency response vehicles - Calder Mobile 1 (Ford Ranger), Mobile 2 (Land Rover Defender 110) and Mobile 4 (Incident Control Vehicle '“ Movano). A spokesperson said the vehicle, which will be based at Copley, was made to exact specifications and requirements to carry all essential emergency rescue equipment. The Mytholmroyd-based team thanked supporters who helped fund the vehicle.
