Georgina India Crossley judged the pageant which this year was held in Egypt and was won by Miss Peru - Pierinna Patino Flores.

Georgina was invited to judge this years World Next Top Model in Hurgharda Egypt due to her fashion experience and expertise.
Honing her design skills after graduating in the fashion houses of Alexander McQueen & Jenny Packham, Georgina certainly knows her stuff when it comes to the world of luxury and fashion.
Pageant winner Pierinna, 22-year-old model and advertising graduate from Callao, beat over 30 contestants to win her title.
After winning Georgina presented Pierinna with a handmade piece from GeeGee Collections new range designed especially for the Peruvian winner in London.
