“Any person who feels unsafe can go to their local Fire Station where they will be helped to get the appropriate support.

“All Fire Stations have contact with our Control Room which is staffed on a 24/7 basis, 365 days of the year.

“A small number of our more rural Fire Stations operate on an on-call basis and whilst there may not be a presence of staff onsite, there is still an available phone line outside which connects with the Control Room if you need help.”
