The white Ford Transit 300 dropside lorry, registration EU52 KUA, was stolen without its keys, sometime between 9pm on Monday, April 20, and 6am on Tuesday, April 21, from a property in Heptonstall.

PC Lisa McDonald, of Calderdale District Safer Neighbourhoods Investigation Unit, said: “The stolen Transit is a working farm vehicle with rear 4x4 tyres so it’s quite distinctive. It also has two ‘Help for Heroes’ ribbons welded onto the front bonnet which would leave obvious marks if removed.

“A silver Peugeot, described as being an ‘older model’, was seen on the long track that leads up to the property the night before. This car had no lights on and may be connected to the theft.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC McDonald via 101.
