Police called after Halifax assault
Police were called to Halifax town centre this morning following reports of a man being assaulted.
The victim said he had been punched by another man, who then made off from the scene.
The incident is thought to have taken place at Wards End.
Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information should contact police on 101, quoting log number *252 of April 24.
