Calderdale councillors' expenses and allowances reveled for 2019-20

Figures are published monthly and annually under the Council’s Members’ Allowances Scheme, and include members’ basic allowance (MBA), special responsibility allowance (SRA), for example Cabinet or leadership status or scrutiny committee status (some for role as chair or vice-chair), travel and subsistence, dependent carer allowance, Mayoral allowance, and co-optee’s allowances.

They include representatives who served for the first month, or parts of, the period including the month before the May 2019 elections which saw some councillors retire or lose their seat.

The final annual totals for allowances and expenses paid in 2019-20 were as follows, in all totalling £741,164.99.
