Calderdale Council’s Planning Committee approved the council’s application to develop eight flats and nine houses at the Forest Cottage Community Centre, in Cousin Lane, Ovenden.
Regarding the application, there were seven letters of objection eceived about the proposals.

Hide AdThe objections highlighted concerns about access and highway safety at Cousin Lane, which already has a lot of entry points onto it
Other raised concerns included infrastructure, for example the GP surgery nearby to the site.
