Still time to register for Navigation Walk

The sponsored walk, which raises funds for Overgate, Kirkwood and Wakefield hospices and the Forget Me Not children’s hospice, passes through Brighouse on the route from Sowerby Bridge to Horbury.

For those only wishing to take part in a section of the walk, there is a start and finish point at the Bethel Street car park, Brighouse.

A shuttle bus will operate between Sowerby Bridge, Elland and Brighouse throughout the morning.

Ian Hamer, of Brighouse Rotary Club, said: “There is the normal high level of interest being shown.”
