Todmorden flooding - water rising up at Halifax Road
Boris Stock took this picture of the floodwater at the junction of Sanworth Street and Halifax Road on Monday evening.
The drains were unable to take the amount of water and residents became increasingly concerned at vehicles driving through flood water at speed, causing more flooding risk.
