Firefighters attend kitchen fire in Wyke
Firefighters from Brighouse and Odsal were called to a fire in Wyke.
The kitchen fire happened in a property on Whitehall Avenue at 2.50am this morning (Tuesday).
The family had evacuated the property by the time firefighters arrived, but two pets had to rescued.
Firefighters used two hose reels, four breathing apparatus and a positive pressure ventilation fan to extinguish the fire,
Nobody was injured.
