A spokesperson for the NPT said: "You may recall a recent post whereby a male travelling at 40 mph at the same location was issued with a ticket and arrested due to him being wanted.

"Well, less than a week later he has been recorded speeding at the same location again by the same officer.

"This time he was travelling at 35 mph despite being told the speed limit less than a week ago.
